A below-grade parkade showing active water ingress through cold joints and shrinkage cracks, with staining and pooling appearing near stalls and mechanical areas after wet weather.
Our approach
- Site walk-through to map every active crack and cold joint.
- Negative-side polyurethane injection from the interior face.
- No excavation of the exterior waterproofing membrane required.
- Visual verification of each seal before sign-off.
