Standing water in a strata building’s elevator pit, putting elevator equipment and controls at risk of water damage.
Our approach
- Located the active ingress points at the base of the pit.
- Acrylate and polyurethane injection for a permanent cut-off.
- Verified dry before demobilizing from site.
- Protected mechanical and electrical equipment from further exposure.
